Contract Customer Service Agents
La Crème Recruitment is currently recruiting for Contract Customer Service Advisors for their client located in the Bishopstown area.
Job Purpose:
Ensure quick turnaround of query resolution process for our clients and customers
· Liaising directly with customers and other internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations
· Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.
· Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
· Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures: identify re-occurring issues/queries with aim to resolve permanently through training, communication, and solution solving skills.
· May involve other administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Specification
· Fluent in English
· Highly Motivated and enthusiastic
· Excellent communication skills
· Reliable
· An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
· Excellent influencing skills
· Previous debt-collection experience is desirable
Skill Set Required:
· PC literate
· Able to demonstrate clear problem solving skills
