Responsibilities

Provide sales solutions to customers based on their needs and wants.

Interact with customers over the phone.

Process all new Sales orders into the system.

Build rapport with customers so that they will be satisfied with the level of service received.

Achieve sales goals set out on a weekly basis while providing an excellent customer experience.

Have the ability to work to Sales Targets and KPIs
Need to have the ability to work with a team environment.

Skills

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based call centre environment.

Flexible Schedule, ability to work evenings and weekends.

Customer-focused

Experience in a customer facing environment.

Have ECDL or equivalent.

Strong communication skills.

Ideal candidate will have experience in a Telesales environment.

Previous experience in working it Retail and Hospitality an advantage.
