Customer Care Agents

La Crème Recruitment is currently recruiting for Customer Care Agents for their client located in the Bishopstown area.

Job Purpose:

• 
  Ensure quick turnaround of query resolution process for our clients and customers
• Liaising directly with customers and other internal departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations
• Successfully achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor.
• Adherence at all times to documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
• Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures: identify re-occurring issues/queries with aim to resolve permanently through training, communication, and solution solving skills.
• May involve other administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Specification

• Fluent in English
• Highly Motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable
• An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Excellent influencing skills
• Previous debt-collection experience is desirable

Skill Set Required

• PC literate
• Being able to demonstrate clear problem solving skills
