Job Description:
Our client is a large multinational manufacturing facility based in Co Tipperary. A recent promotion in the business has created the need for an HR Director to join the senior management team.
This role will involve managing all aspects of employment and employee relations programs related to human resource functional areas (staffing, performance managment, employee relations, training, career development, HRIS, benefits, compensation etc)
This role advises management, employees and the HR organisation in HR policy and program matters, recommending appropriate decision or course of action.
The profile of the ideal candidate for this role is Bachelor's degree qualified with proven success in a leading HR role within in a Multinational (in excess of 800 people) You will be extremely motivated and recognised as a people manager with vision and flair. You will be able to influence at all levels and be willing and able to accept the challenges of a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
