Well established Anti-virus Software Company has a new vacancy for a talented bi-lingual Renewals Account Manager. Managing business customers across the German speaking regions of Europe, this company is most established in Germany and surrounding countries and can offer an experienced Sales Account Manager an exceptional and very lucrative route to market coupled with an ever growing innovative product line.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for managing the Contract Renewals process from quote to close. Works directly with business customers / Resellers / Partners to renew expiring contracts and upsell additional services. Interfaces with Customer Service and Sales organizations to ensure sales goals and performance metrics are achieved.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets for defined territory
- Ensure Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with customer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close
- Identify opportunities to upsell Services into accounts
- Manage and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
- Ensure appropriate customer or service issues are escalated to management
- Create accurate quotations are provided to customers
- Adhere to the corporate Renewals policy and practices, and meet defined performance metrics
- Work cross organizationally as part of regional sales and services team
- Sales activity is conducted primarily over the telephone but some travel may be required to meet with resellers and partners to build relationships
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience working in an Internal Sales Account Management role, ideally with Renewal Sales experience across the German, DACH, BENELUX market space.
- Full fluency in German and English
- Strong IT skills
- Proven ability to strengthen, renew and manage ongoing customer relationships
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
