Customer Fulfilment Supervisor

Job Description:

My client in the west of Ireland are seeking a customer fulfilment supervisor for a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for resource planning, training and coaching a team of Customer Service Coordinators to meet and exceed customer expectations through the on time, accurate delivery of orders

Criteria for this role

• Seven years management or supervisory experience is essential for this role
• Experience within a  call centre within a large manufacturing environment desirable.
• Order fulfilment/management experience essential
• French at a fluent business level is desirable but not a prerequesite for the role.

Skills

• Experience within compliance or affiliations of same.
• Knowledge of ERP systems,supply chain

Education

• Degree in Business or related discipline
