Litigation Solicitor

Job Description:

My client a high profile Solicitors practice based in Cork City are looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their team of skilled litigation professionals.This position is initially a 6mth contract and will suit a person who is both driven & dynamic who is looking for a fresh challenge within a high profile practise.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with the Managing Partner.
• Taking over existing caseloads.
• Bringing cases to trial and closing.

Areas of Expertise must include:

• Personal Claims
• Road traffic accidents
• Personal injury
• Employer liability
• Criminal injuries
• Victims of crime
• Fatal Claims

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates must have Litigation experience in the areas of expertise outlined above.
• You must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience PQE.
• Hold a strong work ethic
