Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Telesales Executive for a well known Financial Services organisation based in Dublin South. The ideal candidate must be motivated, with excellent administrative, customer service and communication skills.
This is a fulltime position, with a competitive base salary of 26,000 with a potential OTE of between 6,000 and 12,000 based in Dublin South.
Duties include:
- Logging, following up and closing all the company¿s referrals.
- Logging and receiving all inbound sales enquiries relating to new business opportunities.
- Undertaking outbound sales calls to meet sales targets.
- Engaging positively with prospective customers.
- Accurately logging and processing all required data.
- Having detailed understanding of the industry and services provided.
Requirements:
- Must have attained a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
- Must have minimum one year¿s experience in a telephone based sales role, with proven track record in a B2B service based industry.
- Must be PC literate with a proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be able to work under pressure within a team environment.
- Self motivated
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Previous experience in telesales is desirable but not essential.
- Higher level/degree qualification an advantage.
