Job Description:

My client,a dynamic growing multinational multi-national based in Shannon have an urgent requirement for a French speaking customer representative.

The successful candidate will join our busy Customer Service Department.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Manage day to day customer orders
  • Regular communication both verbal and written to customers on status of their orders
  • Provide customers with status reports as and when required.
  • Customer Queries
  • Review of past demand and predicting future demand in consultation with the Sales and Customer Services Team
  • Project work
  • Any other reasonable request

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years Customer Service experience.
  • Good verbal and written presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to plan and co-ordinate priorities within a team environment
  • Fluent in French .
  • IT literate in use of Microsoft Office
  • ERP Knowledge
  • Business and commercial awareness
