Job Description:
My client is urgently recruiting for an Order Management Specialist with German. Excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding company offering genuine opportunity to progress in your career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and resolve order and interface issues
- Manage open orders and prioritisation
- Manage, track and resolve customer complaints and route to relevant teams when required
- Execution of operational metrics and SLA reporting
- Liaise with internal contacts including sales and marketing and distribution
- Liaise with internal contacts including logistic service providers
- Customer Dispute Resolution
- Act as a power user for customer service processes
- Propose and implement standardisation for customer service processes
- Manage replenishment activities
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
University Business related Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Min 2 years of order management/SCM/call centre experience.
KEY SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
- Customer Focused.
- Capable of problem solving.
- Fluency in German & English essential.
