Job Description:

My client is urgently recruiting for an Order Management Specialist with German. Excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding company offering genuine opportunity to progress in your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and resolve order and interface issues
  • Manage open orders and prioritisation
  • Manage, track and resolve customer complaints and route to relevant teams when required
  • Execution of operational metrics and SLA reporting
  • Liaise with internal contacts including sales and marketing and distribution
  • Liaise with internal contacts including logistic service providers
  • Customer Dispute Resolution
  • Act as a power user for  customer service processes
  • Propose and implement standardisation for customer service processes
  • Manage replenishment activities

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

University Business related Degree

EXPERIENCE:

Min 2 years of order management/SCM/call centre experience.

KEY SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
  • Customer Focused.
  • Capable of problem solving.
  • Fluency in German & English essential.
