Job Description:

La creme, Cork's leading recruitment agency are seeking experienced Customer Service Advisor's with Order Management experience. Dutch fluency is essential with a second European language an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing orders from initial contact to completion
  • Support sales team in various order entry issues/queries
  • Manage, track and prioritise all stages of the order processing lifecycle. 
  • Resolution of order processing disputes 
  • Build and develop relationships with internal departments including logistic service providers
  • Recommend improvements to existing procedures
  • Interaction with cross functional departments to resolve issues as they arise

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Third level degree is essential

EXPERIENCE

  • Min 2 years Customer Service /Order Management experience
 

KEY SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES

  • DUTCH fluency is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail orientated, organised and be able to demonstrate good judgement. 
  • Be able to work on their own iniative as well as part of a team.
  • Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be committed to Customer Satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage.
