Job Description:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced German Inside Sales AM for a full time permanent position to based in Cork.
We are looking for candidates who have the desire to work hard and play hard. A candidate who knows what they want from life and who will seize their opportunity!
Overview:
- You will be assigned with a designated territory and will be required to grow and open further opportunities.
- Conversing on a regular basis with partners while achieving revenue targets.
- Actively manage & grow opportunities with partners
- Maintain, grow and reactiveate partners
- Ensure Training is communicated with partners to provide with best in class product and solution knowledge.
- Influence partner behaviour to work in favour of the business
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve Revenue Quota
- Generate business from Outbound Calls
- Achieve key accountabilities and KPI`s
- Ensure quality conversation through effective time management process.
- Enable Partners, through proactive phone based interaction.
- Assess Partners value in terms to the business and future potential
- Strengths in objection handling to close business
- Relayionship building with your BU
- Co-ordinate and prioritise Partner opportunities to close sales
Experienced Required (EMEA Only)

- Self-motivated, ambitious, ability to take ownership
- Strong inside sales acumen in leading opportunities from generation to close

- Ability to work on an individual basis and also within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to influence to achieve a positive outcome
- Follow up on lead and turn leads into revenue
- Take ownership and manage own territory
Qualifications (EMEA Qualifications/Professional Certifications):
- Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
- Excellent phone communication and IT systems skills
- Knowledge and experiencing of networking technologies preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Accomplished team player
- English language a must; multi-lingual agents also required
- Fluent English and German is essential
- Preferably IT/ technical background, however a consistent track record in sales/ telesales is essential.
