Steve is Operations Director in Morgan McKinley's financial services division in London. Steve joined Morgan McKinley in 2000, growing and managing the asset management team recruiting for temporary roles before moving into senior finance recruitment. He currently heads up a team of consultants recruiting for permanent roles in all areas of financial services in London. Before joining Morgan McKinley Steve spent two years working for a German retailer.

Tara Heath Arnold
Tara is a Director in Morgan McKinley’s Bristol office. She has ten years experience in financial recruitment with a background in a US corporate and then with recruiter Nigel Lynn which was taken over by Morgan McKinley in 2009. Tara is skilled in building, developing and leading high performance teams and has in-depth knowledge of the employment market for accounting and finance professionals in the south west.

Alex Lawrie
Alex is a Director responsible for the in-house tax, treasury and internal audit recruitment teams at Morgan McKinley in London. Alex has been with the company for ten years having worked with ECHM before it was taken over by Morgan McKinley. Alex gained experience in recruiting interim finance and tax professionals in both financial services and commerce. She then went on to lead the commercial tax team recruiting at all levels up to head of tax across the UK. By the end of 2007, Alex was running one of the largest tax recruitment teams in the UK. In her spare time, Alex enjoys travel and learning Spanish.

Andrea Webb
Andrea has been HR manager at Premier Group, Morgan McKinley’s parent company, since March 2007 and is based in London. She has responsibility for a small HR team, and a remit that extends outside the UK, to Premier Group's Amsterdam, Dubai and Asia-pac offices. Andrea is a member of the CIPD and has over 12 years experience working in a generalist HR capacity across a variety of industries, from the UK charity and civil service sectors, to global financial services, banking and recruitment.
