Steps to get paid on time for Christmas! We would like to advise you of our payroll arrangements over the Christmas period. Please note that failure to comply with the instructions below will result in non-payment as we are working to very strict deadlines.
Week ending 16th DecemberPlease ensure your timesheet is created & approved by Tuesday 20th @ 10am Your wages will then be paid into your account on Friday 23rd Dec If your timesheet is not in on time, you will not be paid again until after Christmas
Should you require any holiday pay, please enter holiday hours you wish to take on this timesheet. Please note, as our offices are closed over the Christmas period and no payments will be made on Friday 30th December. You may want to use holiday hours to cover you over the Christmas period. If this is the case you should include your holiday hours on this timesheet.
Week ending 23rd December 2011 & week ending 30th December 2011Please ensure both timesheets for w/e 23rd Dec & w/e 30th Dec are created & approved by Tuesday 3rd Jan at 3pm Any outstanding holiday pay will be paid out if you have not claimed this yet. Holidays accrued in 2011 cannot be carried forward to 2012 Your wages will then be paid into your account on Friday 6th January
