My Advice:Take the time to prepare for your interview. Know as much as you can about the company you are interviewing with. Match your experience and examples to the requirements of what they are looking for. Employers want to hire candidates who really want the job and want to work in their company. Start your interview off on the right foot by showing your genuine interest in the company, be enthusiastic and show the employer why they should pick you over the other candidates.
I joined Morgan McKinley in 2006 as a consultant on the finance temp and contract desk. Placing the right candidates into the right roles, I recruited across all levels of finance professionals. Taking time out to travel, I worked in the buying team of Australia’s largest outdoor adventure store. I also worked as part of the Ireland HR team for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Recently returning to Morgan McKinley I joined the managed services team recruiting onsite for our client.
