Multilingual Customer Service Advisor
(Spanish and Portuguese)
Our client based in the Athlone area, are currently seeking a multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
If you have native language skills in both Spanish and Portuguese and excellent English langauge skills, enjoy a fast paced environment, this is the role for you.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Ensure all information received is processed correctly and inputted into the internal database within a timely manner
- Manage order and return processes through the internal system
- Process client invoices when requested in a timely manner
- General data entry as needed
- Native spoken and written skills in Spanish and Portuguese and English
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email
- Work to strict deadline in fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving skills with compassion and understand for high sensitive queries
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a high volume call centre environment
- Multilingual English with Spanish and Portuguese and English
