Multilingual Customer Service Advisor

(Spanish and Portuguese)

Our client based in the Athlone area, are currently seeking a multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

If you have native language skills in both Spanish and Portuguese and excellent English langauge skills, enjoy a fast paced environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ensure all information received is processed correctly and inputted into the internal database within a timely manner
  • Manage order and return processes through the internal system
  • Process client invoices when requested in a timely manner
  • General data entry as needed

Essential Skills:

  • Native spoken and written skills in Spanish and Portuguese and English
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email
  • Work to strict deadline in fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills with compassion and understand for high sensitive queries


  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a high volume call centre environment
  • Multilingual English with Spanish and Portuguese and English
