La Crème is currently recruiting for a Temporary Events Administrator for a key client of ours based in Cork.
This role is running from Monday, Sept 2nd until Sunday, Sept 8th. You will be required to work both Saturday and Sunday.
- Data entry
- Updating invite lists
- Creating spreadsheets using Excel
- Organising meetings, booking rooms and catering for staff, as required
- Answering calls and dealing with queries
- Processing invoices and other payments.
- A minimum of two years + administration skills
- Available immediately
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
