This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to work in a fun and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the running and maintenance of the office, manage a small team and act as the main point of contact for clients and colleagues. They will also cover the administrative functions that facilitate the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.

Duties include:

  • Manage front of house and small team
  • Facilities management
  • Ordering stationary
  • Meeting room coordination
  • Organising of meetings
  • Organise catering
  • On boarding and training for new team members
  • Liaising with IT team
  • Assisting with organising events

Experience and qualifications required:

  • 5+ years Office/Operations Management experience.
  • Exceptional computer literacy and IT skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Maturity to handle a range of situations
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
  • Third level degree
