I am currently looking for an Administrator to support the client services department of a fantastic, highly regarded not for profit office based in the city centre.
The will start out as a 1 month temporary assignment with a view to being extended. Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm based on an hourly rate of €12.26.
Duties might include taking calls from families in relation to services that the company offer ie respite, transport, schooling. You will be directing these calls to the appropriate department.
They are looking for a candidate who is able to think on their feet and be a problem solver while also having a level of empathy. There will also be filing, dealing with sensitive documentation and GDPR processes regarding data requests. Strong Microsoft Office skills and an interest in the work that charities do is preferential.
