Customer Service Administrator
A key client of La Crème's in the FMCG sector is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their Irish market for an initial 4-week temporary assignment based close to Cork City based on an hourly rate of €13.50. - An office based role supporting queries from stores across Ireland in relation to any promotions or product availability.
- High volume query handling including problem solving
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on customer interactions
- Manage administration - keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
- Process and resolve customer pricing and product queries
This role will suit a self-motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm. You must have previous customer service experience and be able to prioritise and think on your feet.
- High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and any databases or systems.
