A key client of La Crème's in the FMCG sector is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their Irish market for an initial 4-week temporary assignment based close to Cork City based on an hourly rate of €13.50. This company are top of their game and have great opportunities across their business.

Responsibilities:

  • An office based role supporting queries from stores across Ireland in relation to any promotions or product availability.
  • High volume query handling including problem solving
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on customer interactions
  • Manage administration - keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
  • Process and resolve customer pricing and product queries

This role will suit a self-motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm. You must have previous customer service experience and be able to prioritise and think on your feet.

Key Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and any databases or systems.
