€12 per hour - city centre based

This is a 4 week temporary assignment with a possibility of being extended.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Front desk reception
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Meeting & greeting visitors/keeping record log of all visitors in/out of the building
  • Controlling access to the building through efficient co-ordination of visitor cards
  • Meeting room & diary coordination
  • Receiving & dispatching couriers (local & international)
  • Dispatching all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Arranging collection and return of archiving
  • Ordering of Office supplies
  • Day to day ad hoc administration tasks

Administration Duties:

  • Supporting teams with administrative duties
  • Provision of Secretarial and Administrative duties to support management
  • Administrative support - preparation of reports, PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas, etc

Experiences/ Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 year's administrative / reception experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
