Recruitment / HR Administrator
La Creme are currently seeking a strong Recruitment / HR Administrator to support a Tech multinational company based in Cork with their ongoing recruitment / HR coordination. This role is for 6 months with a view to being extended based on performance.
This role will support the US market on EMEA times (39 hours per week) Based on a salary of €30,000.
You will be passionate about providing support to the HR team to coordinate queries on various employment related topics including policies, benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems and web tools.
- Ensure employee queries are routed to the correct point of contact
- Manage high volume calls and a busy email inbox
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
- Coordinate the administration for the department including the onboarding of new hires
- Data entry of confidential emloyee details
While customer service skills are key, previous experience in a HR / Recruitment environment is essential.
Strong coordination skills and experience in a fast paced environment are also essential.
You must have excellent systems knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
