A well known and established wealth management organisation are looking for an Team Lead to join their team within their SSAS, PRAS and ARFs pension support team. This team require an assertive, knowledgeable and hard working, motivated candidate that can hit the ground running. This is a permanent position and will be based in the city centre.

Interview process will be driven by virtual meetings and if you are successful, on-boarding will commence remotely with a company laptop.

Role: Pension Support, Associate Director (Team Lead)

Salary: €50-65k depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dublin City Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn the companies pension product offering
  • Manage a team of 7
  • Familiar with Small Self-Administered Schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts, Approved Retirement Funds and Retirement bonds
  • Oversee and manage the completion of annual compliance cycle in accordance with agreed SLAs
  • Resolve queries of a technical nature from existing and new clients
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant pension rules and legislation
  • Preparation for revenue or pensions authority audits
  • Take responsibility for projects
  • Communication with regulatory bodies
  • Ensure contact with clients in line with regulatory requirements
  • Update and maintenance of membership records on pension administration software
  • Ensure quality across the team in their delivery of the service
  • Training and development of the team

Requirements:

  • 8 years + experience in Pensions
  • 2 years + experience in a supervisory position
  • QFA/Pensions qualification essential
  • Degree or Masters in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Strong people management skills
  • Personable and approachable
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge
  • Ability yo prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of statutory compliance requirements
  • Can work effectively within a team
