Customer Service Advisor
La Crème are currently recruiting for a reputable BPO based in Cork. We are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join them. If you are an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated candidate this could be the ideal role for you. Excellent communication skills are essential.
This is a temporary role to start immediately for 8 weeks initially, (it will take you up to Christmas) You will be based onsite near to Cork City as it is deemed essential work. Free parking available.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm based on a salary of €21,000. This equates to €10.10 per hour.
Your new role will include:
- Providing professional customer support
- Resolution of Customer issues to satisfactory conclusion
- Manage and build relationships with customers offering advice and recommendations based on their requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
- Maintain and update database with new and relevant customer information
- Fluent English written and spoken is essential
- Previous customer service experience in office, retail, or hospitality is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Must be well organised
