Patient Administrator / Receptionist

La Crème are delighted to be partnering with a well-known Cork company to find someone just like you! You will be part of a team that provides the best possible customer experience for their clients in a medical setting.
Location: 5km outside Cork City Centre (based onsite)
Salary: €26,000- €28,000
- Liaising with patients in person and over the phone to resolve queries and provide information.
- Reception Duties i.e. Answering phones, emails, website queries and be first point of contact for the patients
- Ensure visitors / contractors have signed in at reception and have been issued with passes
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating and following up on patient test results
- Updating patient files & Database management
- Retrieving patient charts from internal and external sources
- General office administration
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirement to work 1 in every 3 weekends. You MUST have a full driving licence and car.
This role will allow end-to-end contact with clients, meaning you will be responsible for their overall experience from start to finish. This is a highly rewarding role and will suit caring and enthusiastic administrators with customer-facing experience.
