La Crème are currently seeking a strong Administrator with database experience for a key client based in Tralee, County Kerry. 12-month contract based on a salary of €30,000 with great career progression opportunities.

Then your new role involves the following:

  • Supports a global helpdesk with client queries
  • Data input - strong attention to detail required
  • Set up user accounts and ensure data is recorded accurately
  • Monitor and report on projects
  • Admin support to ongoing projects
  • Produce documentation and reports on Microsoft Excel
  • Liaising with internal departments and vendors to ensure on time resolution
  • Effective and consistent communication on any changes and updates
  • Set up and distribute appropriate on-site access cards to employees

Strong IT skills and an interest in IT are required and previous systems and database experience is critical for you to succeed. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is also essential.
