La Crème are currently recruiting for an Administrative Team Lead - The ideal candidate will have a background in Office Management, or have managed a large team. It is an initial 3 month contract with the potential of an extension thereafter.
This role is for an immediate start.
You will be required to work onsite & must be willing to work 37 hours per week & Mon - Sun 08:00 AM - 20:00 PM.
Duties include the following:
- Coordinate rosters, timesheets, and payroll of all administrative & nursing and support staff
- Managing rosters & time & attendance
- Invoice management
- Scheduling appointments via internal systems
- Daily reporting
- Database management
- Ad hoc administrative duties
What skillset is required:
- Previous Office Management, Team Lead or Senior Administration experience is required.
- Very strong coordination skills
- Experience managing rosters & time & attendance reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience using Salesofrce is highly desirable
- Must be available immediately
