La Crème are currently recruiting for an Administrative Manager - The ideal candidate will have a background in Staff Coordination, Senior Office Management and/or have managed a large team. It is an initial 3 month contract with the potential of an extension thereafter.
This role is for an immediate start.
You will be required to work onsite in Cork City and hours of work may fall between Mon - Sun 08:00 AM - 20:00 PM. The standard working week is 37 hours.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Coordinate staff, ensuring adequate number of staff assigned to various working departments at all times
- Dealing with escalations and staff queries as they arise
- Managing staff rosters including scheduling and time & attendance
- Scheduling appointments via internal systems
- Daily reporting on staff objectives
- Database management
- Ad hoc administrative duties
The experience required for this role includes:
- Previous Office Management, Team Lead or Senior Administration experience is required.
- Very strong coordination skills
- Experience managing rosters and time & attendance reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be available immediately
