A great opportunity to join a busy, dynamic team in a Sales and Marketing administrative position.
A leading medical devices company based in Ireland is looking for someone who can support the company's business development, marketing & tendering activities.
This is a permanent position.
Location: Dublin 15
Salary: €35-40k depending on experience

- Company online content
- Digital marketing support
- Website updates
- Support the social media strategy implementation
- Support with customer training programmes
- Provide vital admin team support to internal departments
- Supporting the preparation and submission of tenders
- Update the QMS digital system during the routine QMS process
- Generation of customer quotations.
- Salesforce administration and support.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
- Excellent planning & organisational skills
- High proficiency in MS office (in particular Excel and Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very high attention to detail
- Be flexible and have the ability to prioritise daily workload
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and to strict deadlines
- Experience working in the Medical Device industry desirable
- A working knowledge of ISO Quality Standard desirable
- Experience working with Sage50 desirable
- Tender submission experience would be advantageous.
