La Créme are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office Administrator to join an exciting company based in the city centre in Cork.

This is a permanent opportunity & offers a competitive package.

What a normal day will look like...

  • Meeting clients and dealing with their enquiries and requests
  • Handling phones and directing phone calls
  • Keeping updated with ongoing processes internally
  • Liaising with clients
  • Scheduling diaries for management
  • Compiling company advertising
  • Inputting into and managing the CRM system

What experience is required...

  • Previous Administration experience is desiarable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level attention to detail
